Normal Goods:
All Sales Are Final For CSHEON but however, customer can request for an exchange for any manufacturing defects in within 30 days. Customers can choose to exchange to the same product or product of same price point. On special cases, we will reimburse for customers to pick a higher price item. Exchanges will only be done for item in good condition, with CSHEON product tag still intact, within 25 days and with confirmation that item is a manufacturing defect. Please email us clear images immediately after receiving & explain the defect to csheonleather@gmail.com

Custom Made & Personalised:
All Personalisation & Custom Products are strictly final. However, drop us a message if you need any aid, our friendly customer service team will try to help as much as we could. Please pick up your parcel within 1 week or the time frame your local shipping provider allows if you did not manage to receive the parcel from the address provided. Your parcel will be returned to us & we will charge shipping fee again for 2nd shipping. All delivery timeframe shown is during normal circumstances & not during high demand season.
