• We Recommend using Mink Oil or Any Leather Conditioning Oil, Apply with a soft cloth or Sponge. Apply every 3-6 months.
• Beware not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim.
• Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat (radiators, car interiors overheated by the sun, etc).
• Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as any material (magazines, other leathers, etc.) that may transfer their colored pigments onto the product.
• Keep your product away from water. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
• In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the felt protective pouch provided.

Each cut, each hand sewn threads, hand waxed threads – to burnishing its edges, beautifully done with many hours of effort. We use a Traditional Italian Method to secure the ends of the hand-sewn threads, waxing and slightly burning the ends with a triple knot to ensure maximum thread strength. Our Promise: All CSHEON Pieces goes through a detailed quality check before delivery.

Normal Goods:
All Sales Are Final For CSHEON but however, customer can request for an exchange for any manufacturing defects in within 25 days. Customers can choose to exchange to the same product or product of same price point. On special cases, we will reimburse for customers to pick a higher price item. Exchanges will only be done for item in good condition, with CSHEON product tag still intact, within 25 days and with confirmation that item is a manufacturing defect. Please email us clear images immediately after receiving & explain the defect to csheonleather@gmail.com

Custom Made & Personalised:
All Personalisation & Custom Products are strictly final. However, drop us a message if you need any aid, our friendly customer service team will try to help as much as we could. For products with manufacturing defect within 1 month, we will try to replace the hardware or fix the issue. Email us with clear images and description of defect at csheonleather@gmail.com

Please pick up your parcel within 1 week or the time frame your local shipping provider allows if you did not manage to receive the parcel from the address provided. Your parcel will be returned to us & we will charge shipping fee again for 2nd shipping. All delivery timeframe shown is during normal circumstances & not during high demand season.
