Our Promise: All CSHEON Pieces goes through a detailed quality check before delivery.
Normal Goods:
All Sales Are Final For CSHEON but however, customer can request for an exchange for any manufacturing defects in within 30 days. Customers can choose to exchange to the same product or product of same price point. On special cases, we will reimburse for customers to pick a higher price item. Exchanges will only be done for item in good condition, with CSHEON product tag still intact, within 25 days and with confirmation that item is a manufacturing defect. Please email us clear images immediately after receiving & explain the defect to csheonleather@gmail.com
Custom Made & Personalised:
All Personalisation & Custom Products are strictly final. However, drop us a message if you need any aid, our friendly customer service team will try to help as much as we could. For products with manufacturing defect within 30 Days, we will try to replace the hardware or fix the issue. Email us with clear images and description of defect at csheonleather@gmail.com

All CSHEON Pieces comes with a beautiful packaging and carefully packed by CSHEON's Team. We will make sure product is protected & that they arrive in a beautiful packaging. All pieces comes with a CSHEON Authenticity Card – [Please keep for verification purposes during exchange – if needed]

Please pick up your parcel within 1 week or the time frame your local shipping provider allows if you did not manage to receive the parcel from the address provided. Your parcel will be returned to us & we will charge shipping fee again for 2nd shipping. All delivery timeframe shown is during normal circumstances & not during high demand season. CSHEON team will try our very best to protect the beautiful packaging boxes however take note we are not responsible for packaging damages caused by Shipping Providers. For Shipping Damages, contact us immediately for a solution. We are not able to deliver to Israel.
