Leather Made of Leftover byproducts from food industry
Founded in 2016, CSHEON is a Malaysian-born label started by Carmen Sheon, dedicated to preserving the art of leathercraft through timeless, handcrafted design. What began as a passion project has grown into a full creative team committed to producing original, fashion-forward leather goods — all made with heart, skill, and sustainability in mind.
Every CSHEON piece is handcrafted in Malaysia by our in-house artisans using carefully sourced materials. We primarily work with genuine calfskin and lambskin, selected for their luxurious texture, durability, and ethical sourcing — often as leftover byproducts from the food industry. We strongly stand against the use of PU leather, focusing instead on high-quality, natural leathers that age beautifully and never peel over time.
Our designs are intentionally eye-catching, one-of-a-kind, and made to stand out. Whether it’s a statement handbag or a custom commission, each item is stitched with waxed thread for exceptional strength and lasting quality — offering not only style, but true craftsmanship.
