Founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2016, CSHEON began as an independent leather goods brand dedicated to designing and producing premium leather bags and small leather goods. From the very beginning, our focus was simple: create products that combine quality materials, thoughtful design, and lasting craftsmanship.
To deepen their understanding of leather craftsmanship, both founders travelled to Florence, Italy, where they studied traditional leatherworking techniques and gained firsthand experience in the art of handcrafted leather goods. These experiences helped shape the foundation of CSHEON and continue to influence our approach to product development today.
During our early years, many of our products were handcrafted using traditional leatherworking methods. As the business evolved, we gradually expanded our capabilities through modern equipment, refined production processes, and extensive product development experience, allowing us to serve a wider range of customers and projects.
Over the years, working directly as a brand provided us with valuable insight into every stage of the product journey—from design, material sourcing, prototyping, branding, photography, marketing, customer expectations, and product performance. This real-world experience continues to guide the way we support our clients today.
Today, CSHEON focuses primarily on custom-made leather goods, product development, and OEM manufacturing services for brands, designers, retailers, hotels, resorts, and businesses worldwide. By combining hands-on craftsmanship, product development expertise, and manufacturing capabilities, we help transform ideas into production-ready products.
