THE MAKING OF A CUSTOM PIECE

To create a custom piece, we begin by obtaining a clear image of the design and the necessary measurements from the customer. Please keep in mind that we only offer custom-making services, and any design work will incur an additional charge if required. Once we agree on the pricing and receive payment, we will create a mock pattern or cutouts using cardboard or paper to confirm the design with the customer. We will discuss all materials, details, and hardware before starting the production of the piece. Customers are welcome to email us for updates on the progress, and once completed, we will deliver it in secure packaging. Additionally, we offer maintenance services for our products after delivery.

How Long Will It Take?

Typically, the process will require approximately 14 to 25 days, unless the material is a special order, in which case it may take longer for us to procure the necessary items. If you have a specific deadline or plan to present the piece as a gift on a particular date, we recommend placing your order in advance or consulting with us regarding the production timeline.

I want a specific Material, can you make it?

Kindly provide us with the image or description of the material using the form above. We will make every effort to find or obtain a similar item, though this will depend on availability.

Can I change the size after payment?

If production has not yet commenced, we will make every effort to adjust the sizing for you. However, please note that no modifications can be made once production begins. Should you encounter any issues with your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Do you make Mens items?

YES! We are capable of creating anything, provided that the details given are sufficiently clear.

For custom orders, we have established a minimum base price of $120 (USD) per item for production, as these items are specifically tailored to your requirements, necessitating a minimum expenditure.

How much is Shipping ?

Kindly provide your delivery address in the form request to enable us to send you an estimate of the shipping costs and delivery timeframe. Should you need to change your address within the country prior to delivery, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
