1. Can I return my product?
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept returns due to our status as a small business that relies on local artisans to handcraft a very limited number of products for each design. However, we are actively working towards implementing a returns policy in the near future.
Please be assured that all our products undergo thorough quality checks before being shipped out. In the event that you encounter any issues with your product, we are open to facilitating a product exchange within 14 days of receipt. Additionally, we are more than willing to assist you in resolving any problems you may have with the product. It is important to note that we are capable of addressing minor issues and providing maintenance for various aspects of the product, such as leather, hardware, threadings, decorations, zippers, and more (subject to the specific product). Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance; we are here to help. Furthermore, we are able to offer long-term maintenance services for our leather products (subject to the type of product).
2. How do I exchange a product?
– Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email to email@example.com t in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Alternatively, you may facebook message our facebook page
– Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
– Drop off your package at the local post office and provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours after you send your parcel. Return parcel’s payment shall be made by customer.

3. Exchange Conditions
– Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
– We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
– We do not accept packages returned by the C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
– We do not accept returned items that are for sale. ALL SALES & DISCOUNTS ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
